This house in Coquitlam, BC hadn’t been painted in over 25 years. The shingles required 3 coats of paint. We coated the home’s shingles with Floodpro solid which is guaranteed for 15 years on wood siding by the manufacturer. For the stucco, we used Dulux Diamond Exterior Flat.

We repainted the step railings for this Port Coquitlam, BC home. These stair railings had originally been painted only a year before; however, the weather had done some significant damage. We began by sanding and caulking the step railings which was followed by an oil primer to help make them last. This was followed by adding 3 coats of Diamond Exterior semi-gloss. This is a great example of why extensive preparation and the right painting products make all the difference.
